The Area Transportation Authority is seeking a qualified and dependable individual to fill a full-time Call Center Representative position in the Mobility Management Center located in Johnsonburg, PA.

The Call Center Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous assistance with transportation inquiries, scheduling, and general information services.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products. Knowledge of local geography, including Cameron, Elk, Clearfield, Jefferson, McKean and Potter counties is preferred.

The Area Transportation Authority (ATA) is seeking a qualified Mechanic to join our team at our DuBois facility. 

Qualified candidates should possess experience in the repair and maintenance of fleet vehicles. Experience working with both diesel and gasoline engines is required. Inspection certification and a CDL license are preferred. Knowledge of electronic diagnostics and computer systems is a plus.
